Meet Sharon R ShaverMy name is Sharon, and I'm a proven professional leader with more than 30 years of experience within both the private and public sectors. My broad range of work experience lends expertise in my abilities to effectively assess organizations and design progressive and practical solutions to enhance operations. I have also had the opportunity to earn extensive experience as start-up specialist, motivator, and teacher in my professional roles. I believe my high energy and passion for purpose inspires others, creating endless opportunities to deliver professional coaching and mentorship.
My educational background includes an associates degree in business administration, a bachelor's in criminal justice, and a master's in public administration. I am actively pursuing my doctorate in public administration at Valdosta State University, and currently in the dissertation phase. I enjoyed a wonderful career with the Georgia Department of Corrections and recently retired to spend more time with family and to develop my own business. I have extensive experience in matters of PREA, ADA, ACA Accreditation, Policy Administration, and internal facility inspections and assessments. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, thrift shopping, traveling to new places, and spending time with family. I currently reside in Cobb County, Georgia with my husband, Doug, and our cat, Emma. |
